High Performance and Low Phase Noise OCXO (OCXO2013BJ-LN)

The OCXO2013BJ-LN is the low phase noise and small size OCXO.

-The phase noise less than -177dBc/Hz@100KHz for 100MHz frequency.

-Small size: 20.7x13.x8.5mm

The OCXO2013BJ-LN offers the following features:

• Output Waveform: HCMOS or Sinewave
• Frequency Stability over Operating Temperature: ±50-200ppb

• Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C or -20°C to +70°C
