It's Getting Hot! DEI Launches Extreme Temperature OCXO

With ambient temperatures reaching as high as +130°C, DEI’s newest Extreme Temperature Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO), the ETOCXO2020C-10MHz-A-V, is an ideal reference for harsh environment communication systems. These new models come in a low profile 10.33 mm height package with aging as low as ±0.3 ppb/day, 30 ppb/year.

The ETOCXO2020C-10MHz-A-V boasts ±10 ppb stability over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +130°C and outstanding phase noise of less than -170 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. Using proprietary high temperature bonding materials and processing techniques, this model offers ultra-stable output and superior long term reliability at temperatures +35°C hotter than normal crystal set-point operation.
