For DEI, our compliance is paramount and we pride ourselves in providing adequate and detailed documentation which serves to better screen our customers, products and suppliers.

It Is our company policy to refrain from any unscrupulous dealings which may provide our customers with parts that are anything but the highest quality and direct from the manufacturers.  We ensure that each of the parts provided meet with all international standards and trade agreements. In the case that an issue may arise we will do our best to see if a reasonable compromise can be made with the government policy or manufacturer specifications.

All quotes do not represent the acceptance of an order and if regulations prohibit the transaction we cannot proceed and the appropriate actions will be made. Providing us with an accurate End User Statement can greatly assist us in maintaining an accurate depiction of any and all restrictions that may apply.
